Bardagulan.com is an online debate platform created and founded by Jack Logan where users can join topics, choose sides, post comments, make BASH counters, issue STRIKES where allowed, post REBUTS, UP vote content, follow users, and participate in structured public discussions.
Account Registration and Agreement
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your password or access with others.
During registration, users must agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. Users should not be allowed to register unless this agreement is selected.
Ranks, Score, and Platform Mechanics
Bardagulan.com may assign ranks such as TROLL, FIGHTER, SPEAKER, PRIME, HERO, and LEGEND. Actions such as commenting, UP voting, BASHING, STRIKING, REBUTTING, creating topics, moderating content, or accessing admin features may depend on rank, verification, Bardagulan Score, account status, or admin approval.
Bardagulan Score is based on user activity, participation, performance, UP votes, BASH/counter activity, REBUT activity, STRIKES if applicable, points, and moderation history. Bardagulan.com may modify scoring rules at any time to improve fairness, prevent abuse, or improve quality.
User-Generated Content and Opinions
Users are responsible for topics, comments, BASH/counter entries, REBUT entries, STRIKE actions, profile activity, reports, side selections, and any other submitted content.
All comments, topics, counters, BASH entries, REBUT entries, STRIKES, votes, arguments, and other user-generated content are personal opinions or actions of the users who posted them. They do not represent Bardagulan.com, Jack Logan, admins, moderators, partners, sponsors, or affiliates.
Bardagulan.com is a platform for discussion, not the speaker of every user’s opinion.
Community Rules and Moderation
Users must follow the core rule: Banat sa argumento, hindi sa pagkatao. Do not harass, threaten, abuse, dox, impersonate, spam, manipulate votes or scores, use bots or fake accounts, post illegal content, knowingly present false claims as facts, or use the platform for fraud, defamation, doxxing, or unlawful acts.
Bardagulan.com may review, hide, remove, restrict, or delete content, issue warnings or STRIKES/Red Flags, reduce visible Bardagulan Score, restrict features, suspend or ban accounts, remove badges or Prime privileges, lock or delete topics, and limit content visibility. HERO moderators and LEGEND admins may make moderation decisions.
BASH, REBUT, STRIKE, Sponsored Topics, Prime, and Badges
BASH is a counterargument feature and must challenge ideas, not attack people. Abusive BASH entries may be removed and may result in restrictions.
REBUT is a response to BASH and must defend or clarify an argument, not harass another user.
STRIKE must be used according to Bardagulan.com rules and must not be used for harassment, mass targeting, coordinated abuse, or manipulation.
Sponsored Bardagulans will be labeled where applicable. Sponsorship does not mean Bardagulan.com endorses every opinion in the discussion.
Prime is admin-approved. Payment, if available, does not automatically guarantee Prime approval. Verification badges may be granted or removed by Bardagulan.com and do not mean endorsement of all user statements.
Limits, Changes, and Contact
Bardagulan.com does not guarantee that user-generated content is accurate, complete, updated, lawful, or reliable. Content is for discussion and opinion-sharing only and should not be treated as legal, political, financial, medical, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bardagulan.com, its founder, administrators, moderators, partners, sponsors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for damages, losses, claims, disputes, or consequences arising from user-generated content, user behavior, platform access, moderation decisions, or use of the website.
